We usually rent the house for celebrations and other events on a daily basis, in which case the premises are reserved for private use from 9 am until 10 pm. The price is EUR 350 per day. Additional hours between 10 pm and midnight are negotiable (EUR 60 per hour). The price includes, if necessary, one pre-event visit to the venue with the owner. Additional visits EUR 35 per hour.

If you need food for your event, our catering service, Talon Emännät, is here for you. The use of the kitchen and the necessary dishes will, of course, be then included in the price. All rental prices include a VAT of 24% for private individuals. The VAT will be added to the price for companies.

For weddings and other events we offer a package that includes the rent for the actual day of the event from 9 am to 10 pm and the following day from 9 am to 12 pm for picking up your decorations etc. This package is available for EUR 450 (plus possible additional hours 10 pm – 12 am).

We want to make sure that your event is memorable!

The daily rent includes the agreed spaces for private use (no other events in the house at the same time), audio equipment and a microphone, a wireless internet connection as well as a projector and a screen if required, electricity and heating, tables with white plastic-coated cloths (fabric cloths available for rent separately) as well as seating for about 100 people and final cleaning. The use of refrigerators etc. has to be agreed on separately. There is also a piano in the house. Our bathrooms are not equipped for people with disabilities, but they are big enough for a walker or a wheelchair. Ramps are also available for the entrance stairs on request. The house is not fully accessible, but there are not many thresholds. We have five highchairs as well as toys in a separate room for young guests. Our park-like yard is also available to our guests for photography or other purposes.

Depending on other reservations, you may be able to prepare the venue the night before. However, we will not be able to confirm this until about a week before your event.
